One of his most profound performances was with The Re-Collective orchestra live on CNN for the 2022 Juneteenth Celebration with the first all-black symphony orchestra to perform at the Hollywood Bowl. The Art of Sushi at Komodo

Komodo by David Grutman’s Groot Hospitality, renowned for creating interactive dining experiences takes guests on an instructional and hands on session in an intimate setting inside Fontainebleau Las Vegas. The class begins with a signature welcome cocktail and an introduction to the art and history of sushi making, allowing guests the chance to learn various techniques while enjoying their very own sushi creations. No two classes will be the same, with each focusing on a different delicacy of sushi, Maki, Uramaki, Temaki and Nigiri. Each guest receives an apron and sushi-making kit. For an additional $65 per person, guests will then be welcomed to the dining room to enjoy a three-course omakase tasting with cocktail pairings following the course. Limited seating available.
